Carry a schedule and record all our thoughts, and activities for a week. This will help us understand how much we can get done during the course of a day Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan a day. Don't start our day until we complete our time plan. Take five minutes before every call and task to decide what result you want to attain. This will help you know what success looks like before you start.
Put up a \"Do not disturb\" sign when you absolutely have to get work done.
Remember that it's impossible to get everything done. Also remember that odds are good that 20 percent of your thoughts, conversations and activities produce 80 percent of your results.
What is the most important thing in your life?
In my eyes , nothing is more important than health.
The healthier I am, the more interesting things I can do.If I am badly ill, I won’t be able to focus on my study. So we should pay more attention to our health.
On one hand, I can do a lot of things if I’m healthy. What’s more, the healthier I am, the more efficiently I can work. On the other hand, heath can make me happier.
A student can’t study well , a teacher can’t give a good teaching , a worker may not work well , a sportsman may not do a good job in the match as usual and so on . Each of us needs health . A disease can not only makes us feel bad , but also a very bad one even would take lives away .
All in all, health is the most important.nothing can take the place of it.
3. Talk about the life in the university.
University life is new and different experience for me. First of all, it gives mea sense of responsibility(责任感). Living away from home creates a good chance for me imporve my sense of independence. Since my parents are not by my side, everything has to be handled by myself.I have to arrange my schedule of study.I have to set side(放置在一边) enough money for an emergency.I have to learn to open my bank account and spend my money resonably(合理地,适度地). In a word, I have to make my own decisions. I. Although I like university, I can still get homesick. After all, this is the first time I have to live on my own.
Thanks to my university, my college life is truly colorful. What's of importance is that she provides me with an outstanding academic atmosphere(学术氛围).I am able to communicate with talanted and passionate(有激情的) people such as my professors and classmates who share the same interests with me. What's more, I am offered lots of chances to choose the societies(社团) I like. Through the learning in my
university
and
participating
in(参与)
the
activities organized by the societies, I really have broadened my horizons and made many good friends. They all help me develop myself into a well-rounded(全面的) person. I am grateful to my university.
4. If you are in a low spirit, what will you do to cheer yourself up?
Exercise. Lift your mood with some aerobic exercise or weight lifting or some other physical activity since doing so boosts your body’s natural mood regulating chemicals.
Get enough sleep. This totally works for me. I found that once I’ve caught up with my sleep, I feel tremendously better.
We all function better, think clearer, feel more refreshed and less stressed once we get into the habit of getting enough sleep.
Practice deep breathing to reduce your tension and stress levels. This will release more oxygen into your system along with those endorphins and help you relax.
Don’t push yourself too hard or get stressed out. Take care of yourself if you get sick. Please, please get better before showing up to work! This way you should feel better faster, and your coworkers will thank you.
Try to have fun. Maintain some social contact and don’t isolate yourself if you can help it. Get connected or reconnected: feeling lonely can trigger the mood swings!
Maintain good eating habits. Unfortunately, you may now be facing the consequences of having eaten too much high-caloric food over the holidays. Feeling a little puffier and heavier can be depressing I know! But you can make it up by reviewing your eating habits. Start the day off with a good breakfast and eat the right kind of foods on the right schedule. Why not try these foods to feel better.
Schedule your breaks and vacations for the dead of winter and go somewhere warm and sunnier this time of year. Instead of taking all your vacation days in the summer months, why not
reserve some in January or February? Then fly to Hawaii, or the tropics somewhere, or South America. Plus, you’ll probably get much better rates since you’re traveling off-season!

7. Is there any connection between names and personalities?
No, I do not think there is any connection between names and personality. Name is name, just a call. It can’t be connected with personality which is people’s inward quality. If there is a tight connection between names and personalities , then what we need to do is just name a great name for every child ,then they will all have great personalities and become great persons .
On the other hand ,as we all know ,not a very long time before ,people in countryside usually name a bad name for their children ,such as A Mao, A Gou, and so on .If there is tight connection between names and personalities ,then children in countryside must have bad personalities, but apparently ,that’s not true.
