摘要：The invention provides a cDNA which encodes a STEAP-related protein. It alsoprovides for the use of the cDNA, fragments, complements, and variants thereof and ofthe encoded protein, portions thereof and antibodies thereto for diagnosis andtreatment of prostate cell proliferative disorders, particularly prostate hyperplasia andprostate cancer. The invention additionally provides expression vectors and host cells forthe production of the protein and a transgenic model system.
