摘要：A cellular communications system including at least one base station (358),mobile stations (372, 374) addressable using IP addresses within a cell (350), and acontroller (300) adapted to receive a context activation request from the mobile (374) toassign a static IP address previously assigned to the mobile when it was outside of thecell (350) and to assign the static IP address if the second controller (200) associated withthe location where the mobile was previously registered with the static IP address hasnot already reassigned it, thus enabling roaming of the mobile between cellular systemsunder control of different Software and Measurement Infrastructures.
