摘要：In a protected area (), equipped by an electronic lock () and by a reading device() of chip cards (), connected to a discriminating unit (), a user terminal () is located, whichconnected to an evaluation center (). The evaluation center () is connected with an access

This arrangementenables entrance into the protected area () only to authorized users, equipped by thepertinent chip card (). This arrangement further enables the user, who ascertainsdamages, to transmit the report about discovered status via user terminal () into theevaluation center (), which compares time of change of the status in the protected area ()with time of access events, stored in the access events memory (), assigns responsibilityfor ascertained damages and eventually abolishes the right of access for the responsiblepersons by means of discriminating unit () and that all can occur without personalpresence or performance of supervising staff.
