Almost every kid has a cartoon hero in his heart. They adore(崇拜) them and even try to

imitate whatever they do or say. Some people may wonder why cartoons have such great appeal to children.

There are many reasons for the affection that children have for cartoons. First, cartoons provide children with a boundless world for their imagination. What cartoon characters do is what children wish to do in real life, some of which, of course, will never be realized. So, to them, cartoons are dreams coming true. They love those characters. In addition, cartoons are not losing its educational importance, just as a form of entertainment. On the contrary, it’s a smarter way. In cartoons,there are usually fight between good and evil. And good will always win out evil. Cartoons make people's childhood happy and sweet. “You’re just in time, Joe. We’re going to play cowboys(牛仔)and Indians, and you can be the

Most dog owners feel that their dogs are their best friends. Almost everyone likes dogs

because they try hard to please their owners. However, there are also dogs who wanted their owner to please them.

One of my friends has a large and intelligent German shepherd---Jack. Every Sunday afternoon, my friend takes Jack for a walk in the park. Jack likes long walks very much. One Sunday, a young man visited my friend. He stayed a long time, and he talked and talked. Soon it was time for my friend to take Jack for his walk, but the visitor didn't leave.
