2. 机器操作步骤:

上胚

瓶胚经过料斗, 上胚皮带, 被送到整理器的顶部, 经过整理, 成直线状排列, 进入上胚导轨.

经过入胚星轮, 瓶胚被送入加热炉的芯轴.

加热和平衡

经过加热炉,瓶胚被加热到90-115°C. 加热时, 可单独调节可调红外线光管的加热百分比. This is achieved with individually controllable infrared tubular radiators, arranged in nine levels.

This array allows temperature variation on the preform. This temperature profile ensures the predefined material distribution, i.e., the bottle quality.

To prevent overheating, the exterior of the preform is cooled with fans.

To prevent deformation, the sensitive neck-finish area is protected by a

water-cooled shield. In addition, cooled air is also blown at the neck- finish area.

The heating process takes approx. 20

seconds. Afterward the preforms pass through an equilibration zone for optimal distribution of the heat in the preform.

Then a starwheel transfers the preforms to the blowing stations.

After the preform enters the blowing station, the base mould is raised, and the entire mould is closed and locked.

The heated preforms are held and fixed in place in the mould by means of the neck ring. This prevents deformation of the neck-finish.

Even while the mould is being closed, the blowing nozzle descends, the

stretching rod moves toward the end cap for stretching, and after a brief delay the pre-blowing air flows in. The duration of the delay determines the thickness of the material in the bottle base.

Depending on the preform and bottle type, the pre-blowing pressure is 7-16 bar and lasts between 0.2-0.7 seconds, depending on the bottle size.

At the end of the pre-blowing phase, the bottle is already fully shaped and material distribution is finished.

The final blowing phase now begins, producing the finest contours of the bottle and pressing the material against the cold mould (approx. 10°cooling. C) for

The preforms are fed via a chute and steep belt conveyor to the top part of the unscrambler, where they are separated and then slide, with the

neck-finish facing up, into the inclined infeed rail.

After the infeed starwheel the preforms are transferred to the mandrels of the heating module.

For optimal temperature distribution, the preforms revolve around their own axis, as they pass through the heating zone.

After passing through the equilibration zone for optimal heat distribution in the preform, a starwheel transfers the preforms to the blowing station.

After the blowing process the bottle is transferred to the discharge starwheel. The blowing process is controlled by a pressure cam.

Good bottles are transferred to the conveyor system. Faulty bottles are rejected into a bin.
