八式太极拳音乐顾名思义就是练太极时所配放的音乐。详解如下：

1.所谓的八式太极拳

八式太极拳也叫一段拳，是中国武术段位制初段位技术规定教程的一段太极拳，即初段位中的一段考评套路。共有10式（含起势、收势），全部采用杨式大架太极拳，吸取了杨式大架太极拳中最为主要和基础的八个动作。 内容精炼、重点突出，易学易记，练起来轻松自如，均匀缓慢，若行云流水，连绵不断。可用于修身养性。

八式太极拳：1.倒卷肱，2.左、右搂膝拗步，3.左、右野马分鬃，4.云手，5.左、右金鸡，6.右、左蹬脚，7.右、左棚捋挤按，8.十字手。

八式太极拳口决

两臂平举肩放松， 双掌下按气下行。

抱球迈步要协调， 弓步左棚劲饱满。

捋挤动作要舒展， 双掌前按臂撑园。

双掌前探不耸肩， 搂膝推掌腰身转。

迈步猫行稳重求， 园活连贯意气连。
