Get plenty of sun during the day; it will help you reset your biological clock. From what I heard, may or may not be scientifically accurate, getting sunlight, especially around the area behind your kneecaps, would be the best way to beat jet lag. Medicines over the counter may also help you do it, but I've never tried using medicine just to get jet lag.
