I’ve started at the new school. New people. New Friends. A fellow called Simon is my current favourite, a German who likes to exercise as you do. Don’t be jealous. You know that in my bones I long for you still, in the hollowed-out core of myself.
Mathematics remains my preferred subject. But don't fret, I’ve attended many social events, including last month’s sports festival. Swims in Summer; basketball in Winter, keeping fit as the doctors insist.
