1. 此类结构为:
“某人做某事有困难”
sb have ... difficulty/trouble with sth
=sb have ... difficulty/trouble (in) doing sth(in可以省略)

2. 还有个类似结构:
There be ... difficulty/trouble with sth
=There be ... difficulty/trouble (in) doing sth(in可以省略)

3. 上述的省略号中可以是下列单词或短语(当然也可以不要):
a little, little, no, a lot of, much等等。

have difficulty with sth接名词
都是对。。。有困难的意思
应该是第一个对
第二个应该是I am having difficulty in learning english.

I'm having difficulty with+名词
I'm having difficulty in+动名词
所以第二句应该是I'm having difficulty in learning English.

第二句,have difficulty in 名词/动词ing形式。
Learning English 学习英语
English learning 英语学习
两者在意义上无太大差别,只不过是位置变换了一下。
类似的还有:ticket-seller,selling-ticket卖票的,售票员

have difficulty with+名词
I'm having difficulty in+动名词
第二句应该是I'm having difficulty in learning English
